Highly recommend this place. He was very pleased with his short stayed in May of 2020. Thank you for the kindness, comfort, the dedicated service the team provided (doctors, nurses, caregivers, Therapists, the wound care department, house keepers and the front desk receptionist etc...) covid-19 was not pleasant but the team at Union Plaza care center was there as a second trusted family for Pierre. 我想在这里分享一下我父亲在union plaza的经验. 首先我觉得因为这个养老院有很多会讲中文的护士和社工，很方便沟通. 还有我父亲不会讲英文，所以我选择养老院的时候也打听了很多地方才选择了union plaza.我父亲很新欢这个养老院. 而且那里的环境很好， 护士和医生都很负责， 很耐心。我强力推荐这个养老院！谢谢他们的努力和付出！

Clean location and staff has been friendly overall. Appreciate the hard work the team has put into taking care of my grandfather. However, the scheduling department who coordinates family visits could be more empathetic and patient while speaking with family members.
